House Rules

I GENERAL PROVISIONS

These house rules establish mutual relations, rights and duties of service providers (hereinafter referred to as the owner) and service users (hereinafter referred to as guests).

II RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE GUEST

The guest is entitled to:

  1. The utilization of the studio unit and all equipment and facilities that guests are entitled to use are based on the contract and regulations in force and in an unhindered manner.
  2. The utilization of the swimming pool, shared area and other amenities upon request and subject for approvals.

               OPTIONAL FEE'S:

               • Swimming pool- ₱150/pax fee per day(regular) & ₱300/pax per day (holiday)

               • Basement parking - ₱350/ per night

The guest is not allowed to:

  1. Bring in combustible or explosive materials or items of strong and unpleasant odor.

               **ONLY LIGHT COOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. ALWAYS USE THE RANGEHOOD.

          2. Smoke/Vape in the unit or inside the building.

          3. Bring in pets.

          4. Introduce persons not registered as house guests in order to stay and use the unit or the 

              condominium facilities.

              **RATE IS FOR 2 PAX. 

              **EXTRA PAX ₱500 PER HEAD/NIGHT MAXIMUM OF 4 PAX PER UNIT ONLY.

          5. Leave electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, induction cooker etc.) every time the unit  

              is unattended. Also, it is necessary to close or secure windows and doors from the draft 

              as well as parasols and other items from the wind. Please, pay special attention to  

              this note.

          6. Jump into the pool and enter the pool before showering (for hygienical reasons even  

              pertains to sun cream).

          7. Hang wet towels or other wet items on the fence or unit window.

          8. Use the washing machine with powder detergent. Only liquid detergent is allowed.

          9. Take out all items, inventory and equipment outside the unit, especially towels for the  

              purpose of using them on the swimming pool.

          10. Disturb the peace in a period from 2 – 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. and make excessive 

              noise by using the TV or other appliances as well as musical instruments.

               ** NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

The guest is obliged to:

  1. Abide by house rules and to use the facilities, inventory and equipment with utmost care.
  2. In case of disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances or equipment, please notify us immediately. If the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is required to pay the appropriate value of the items.

               **ACTUAL COST TO BE DEDUCTED ON THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

          3. Take care of one’s own belongings and valuables left in the unit and the owner takes no  

              responsibility for the subsequent loss thereof.

          4. Check out prior to departure.

              ** PLEASE INFORM  30 MINS PRIOR CHECK OUT TIME.

          5. Vacate the unit by 12 noon on the day of departure.  

              **LATE CHECK OUT WILL BE CHARGE ₱300 PER HOUR 

         6. Dispose the trash from the unit into the container.

             **WE FOLLOW CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY

         7. Place all USED TOWELS & ROBES into the laundry basket on the day  of departure. 

             ** WE CHARGE ₱500 FOR CLEANING FEE OF ALL KINDS OF STAINS LEFT    

             ON MATTRESS,  SOFA, CARPET, LINENS, TOWELS AND ROBES.

III RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE OWNER

The owner is entitled to:

  1. Ask for a Reservation fee of ₱1,000.00 (non-refundable if booking is cancelled);  that also serves as SECURITY DEPOSIT and will be returned upon check out.
  2. Request the guest to provide valid photo ID's along with proof of reservation fee/security deposit payment prior booking confirmation.
  3. Cancel the use of unit/services to the guest whose behavior is disturbing the peace and or not obliging the House Rules.
  4. In the absence of the guest, in particular circumstances, authorized representative may enter the unit in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The proprietor is obliged to inform the guest during the next contact about the entry into the unit.

The owner is obliged to:

  1. Ensure security, peace and provide guest with all the necessary assistance with their accommodation.
  2. Inform and arrange to deliver or send all forgotten or found items to the guest at the guest cost.
